Invasive Weed Pull Day scheduled for July 9

On Saturday, July 9, the Friends of the Dillon Ranger District (FDRD) is hosting Invasive Weed Pull Day, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Volunteers are needed to help pull invasive plant species on the White River National Forest. The group will meet at 8:30 a.m. at the Dillon Ranger District office in Silverthorne for coffee and bagels. The office is about a half-mile north of the intersection of Interstate 70 and Highway 9.
