Shame on Summit County Government and law enforcement agencies, not one of which can nor will help me in rectifying the problem of ice and snow build-up in Mountain Creek Apartments complex’s parking lot

I have even tried to resolve this issue with the Town of Dillon Police Department, the Summit County Sheriff, John Minor, Landmark Management Group based out of Sioux City, Iowa, and, the Delta Field Office of Rural Development.

Absolutely all of them denied to help me,
