John Fielder presentation comes to Alma on Friday

DAILY NEWS STAFF REPORT

Renowned photographer John Fielder will bring his “Ranches of Colorado” to Alma Town Hall at 6 p.m., Friday.

Fielder has traveled across Colorado to photograph 50 of the state’s most beautiful multigenerational working ranches. These ranches are featured in the book, “Ranches of Colorado,” and will be shared in a multimedia presentation that includes over 250 photographic images. Fielder will also tell stories about his experiences working with these remarkable and resilient ranching families.

Refreshments will be available before and after the show, and attendees will be able to purchase Fielder’s books. After the presentation, Fielder will be available to sign books and answer questions. Tickets are available at the door for a suggested donation of $10 for adults; kids are free. Proceeds benefit Continental Divide Land Trust and Mosquito Range Heritage Initiative.
