John Randolph Collins, 67, was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, January 5, 1944, to the late Richard B. Collins and Jean Phares Collins. Our beloved father, brother, and friend, passed away July 14 in Woodland Park. While living in Breckenridge, he and Tom Bauder ran the Saint Bernard Restaurant. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, daughter Caitlin Collins, grandson Mason Locks, step- daughter Elyse Jett, companion Annie Welles, sister Martha Armstrong, brother Richard Collins, and Caitlin and Elyse’s mother Terri Collins. There will be a celebration of life with a memorial service at 1802 Edlowe Rd., Woodland Park, Colorado on Aug. 20, from 1-4 p.m. Online condolences can be made on the Facebook page, Randy Collins Memorial.
