Judge’s ruling on injunction for Blue River Trail still pending

Testimony was heard all day Friday in Judge Mark Thompson’s court room from both sides of the motion to stop work on the Blue River Trail’s proposed new segment until the ongoing lawsuit has played out.

At the end of the day, the judge did not issue a ruling on whether work should officially stop until the case is heard, but hopes to before long. According to a District Court clerk, traditionally, work wouldn’t move forward on the trail segment until the judge’s injunction decision is made.
