Juggling, magic show Tuesday, Wednesday at libraries

The Summit County Libraries kicks off another exciting summer reading program Tuesday and Wednesday with Ann Lincoln’s one-of-a-kind juggling, magic and comedy show, “I Dreamed I was a Genie.”

This year, Ann Lincoln becomes a “dreamy” genie and makes magical wishes come true as she entertains in front of a backdrop painted to look like a scene from “The Arabian Nights.” The show includes both silly and spectacular juggling, plus Ann’s dove and bunny will make magical appearances. A new routine will feature one lucky audience member seeming to float on air on a “magic carpet ride.”

Ann’s first performance will be at the South Branch Library, Breckenridge, at 11 a.m. Tuesday. She will then perform for kids at the Main Library, Frisco, at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday and will have a final show that afternoon at 1 p.m., at the North Branch Library, Silverthorne. The program is free to the public, and is geared toward kids, ages 3-11. Parents are encouraged to attend with their children.
