Karen Hackett: Re-trying Flint a waste

Karen Hackett
Breckenridge

Dennis Flint has now been through two trials in which two juries of his peers could not convict him of his alleged crimes – crimes he was accused of by his former wife.

I do not know Dennis Flint nor his wife, but I do know that we are wasting county taxes by retrying Dennis Flint. What if the next trial is a hung jury? Does he try again and again? Let’s move on.
