Keystone celebrates Sustainable Slopes Day

KEYSTONE – Keystone’s Recyclin’ Rabbit mascot will be hopping down the bunny hill and other trails Saturday to celebrate Sustainable Slopes Day, an industry-wide day dedicated to promoting environmental efforts and increasing awareness of environmental issues. Keystone and the Keystone Science School will host free Ski Naturalist tours at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. (meeting at the top of Dercum Mountain), environmental trivia on the slopes and on-mountain displays about environmental programs and initiatives.For more information about Sustainable Slopes Day or industry-wide initiatives, visit http://www.nsaa.org.
