Keystone Resort, alongside the Keystone Neighbourhood Company and local nonprofit, Mountain Pride, is set to host Keystone Pride March 28-30. The resort invites LGBTQ+ snowsports enthusiasts, allies, and friends to come together and celebrate inclusivity on the mountain and in River Run Village during the event, according to a news release.
Festivities will kick off Friday, March 28, with a dance party inspired by pop artist Chappell Roan with All Your Stupid Friends DJ Nathan Yan, the release states. The dance party will take place at Warren Station starting at 7:30 p.m.
The fun will continue Saturday with multiple events. Rainbow Runs Group Meetups are set to take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Participants are invited to meet at the River Run Gondola to join guided groups of similar skills levels and make new friends. An on-snow parade down Schoolmarm will take place starting at 3 p.m., starting from Summit House at the top of River Run Gondola. Colorful costumes and flags are encouraged for the parade, according to the release. Saturday will conclude with drag bingo at 9280 Sake House in River Run Village starting at 4 p.m., followed by the Sashay on the Slopes Drag Show at Warren Station starting at 7:30 p.m.
Events Sunday will include a scavenger hunt throughout the day and drag yoga, which is set to begin at 10 a.m. at Warren Station.
