The Bourbon Street Hurricanes with Special Guest Hazel Miller will still perform a free concert, including a longer music set, and the Salida Circus performers and face painters will still be on site still as well.
The gumbo tasting and competition, the Salida Circus performance and other offerings like face painting will be from 3-5 p.m. Live music starts at 3:30 p.m., and gumbo and costume contest winners will be announced at 5 p.m.
