Kim Alie: Sad times in Silverthorne

Kim Alie

How sad, how hard it is for people who just want their property to remain private. Because of other peoples greed and selfishness, those of us who voted “yes” have lost in Silverthorne. Why do you feel entitled to something you have not earned? There are a lot of places to walk, ride your bike and push your baby stroller without destroying others’ privacy. I have read it all … and those who voted “no,” well it just comes down to who’s your buddy and the almighty dollar. I wonder if this bike path or anything else the Town of Silverthorne would decide to put in your back yard … would make you vote differently?
