Land Title announces two new V.P.’s

Land Title Guarantee Company of Summit County announces Debbie Neely, senior escrow officer and Randy Gibbons, title manager, as the newly appointed vice presidents.

George Beardsley, CEO, and Dee Anna Herwig, V.P. made the formal announcement March 7 at the Land Title company breakfast. Debbie Neely and Randy Gibbons have been promoted to vice presidents at Land Title Guarantee Company (LTGC) Summit County.

Randy Gibbons graduated with a BA Degree from Westmar College in LeMars, Iowa in 1977 with a double major in Business Administration and Economics. His background prior to Land Title was in sales at NCR and Oil and Gas Landman.

Gibbons has been with Land Title for 22 years.

His focus as vice president includes growing our market share through greater customer satisfaction. He continues to be the “go to” person and resolves our customers and their client’s difficult situations. Randy plans to exceed our customer’s and communities’ expectations and make Land Title the number one title company in Summit County. His greatest satisfaction at Land Title is solving problems and answering questions for our customers and employees.

Debbie Neely graduated with a BS Degree in Physical Therapy at UC Santa Barbara in 1978. Debbie’s closing career began as a junior escrow officer in 1978. Her experience includes closing expertise in California, New Mexico and Colorado. Neely’s Colorado closing career started in 1984 holding various positions such as the closer, manager, district manager; she was also the senior escrow officer for several other title companies. Neely has been with Land Title in Summit County for nine years. She also served on the Colorado Land Title Association Board of Directors from 1995-1997.

Her goals for Land Title as vice president stand to increase our market share and customer satisfaction. She plans to improve the training programs by cross training our employees in order to provide superior services levels and knowledge. She enjoys smooth closings (all parties involved walk away from our office with a smile on their faces)!
