Local fire crews thank Doug Pierce, Arapahoe Cafe

Fire crews from Lake Dillon Fire-Rescue, Red, White and Blue Fire and the High Country Training Center would like to thank Doug Pierce of the Arapahoe Cafe for contributing a splendid barbecue lunch to the firefighters, trainers and support staff at the controlled burn of the Summit Cove Recreation Center on Dec. 21. Thanks, also, to the residents and visitors of Summit Cove for their patience during the week of invaluable fire training.
