Colorado Mountain College seeks comments in preparation for accreditation evaluation

Colorado Mountain College (CMC) is accepting feedback from the public about the college, in preparation for its periodic evaluation by the regional accrediting agency. A team representing the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association will visit the college April 2-4.

CMC has been accredited by the Higher Learning Commission since 1974. The team will review the institution’s ongoing efforts to meet the commission’s criteria.

The public is invited to submit comments regarding the college to: Third-Party Comment on Colorado Mountain College, The Higher Learning Commission, 230 South LaSalle Street, Suite 7-500, Chicago, IL 60604.

The public may also submit comments on the commission’s website at http://www.ncahlc.org/Information-for-the-Public/third-party-comment.html.

Comments must address substantive matters related to the quality of the institution or its academic programs, and must be in writing. All comments must be received by March 5, 2014. —Kelsey Fowler
