Loveland Ski Area hosts dozens of veterans

About 50 skiers and snowboarders with the nonprofit Team Red, White and Blue visited Loveland Ski Area Saturday, Feb. 28, for "Eagles Over Loveland." The nonprofit supports veterans and provides ways for veterans and non-veterans to connect through physical fitness, sports, recreation and social events. Loveland plans to host the organization again on March 21 and April 18.

This winter Loveland Ski Area partnered with the nonprofit Team Red, White and Blue to host Eagles Over Loveland on Saturday, Feb. 28.

About 50 skiers and snowboarders with the group participated, and Loveland plans to host the organization again on March 21 and April 18.

The nonprofit supports veterans and provides ways for veterans and non-veterans to connect through physical fitness, sports, recreation and social events.

The organization has chapters in Denver and Colorado Springs, as well as 130 other communities around the country, and welcomes anyone to join. Learn more about the nonprofit at http://www.teamrwb.org.
