Mountain Home Services earns National Home Watch Association accreditation

Breckenridge-based Mountain Home Services has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association.

According to a news release, the association was formed in 2009 to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for home watch and absentee homeowner services. The goal is to set standards for services that “keep an eye on things” at a vacation home or primary residence when the homeowner is not there.

This is the line of work that Mountain Home Services specializes in. According to the company’s website, the business specializes in the care of second homes that are not rented out. Some of the services offered include extensive exterior and interior inspection checklists, snow removal, watering plants and stocking groceries.

The business is run by Clover Williams, who has been a Breckenridge resident since 1988. She was a licensed Colorado real estate broker from 2000 to 2022.
