Summit Giving: Take pet photos with Santa and the Grinch to benefit LAPS
Photos with Santa fundraiser benefits LAPS
League for Animals & People of the Summit (LAPS) will hold their annual fundraiser — pet photos with Santa and the Grinch — on Saturday, Nov. 15 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Chapel in the Frisco Historic Park. Bring your furry friend and have photos taken with Santa and the Grinch. Photos will be taken by professional photographer Emily Schmutz of Keeping Composure Photography. Emily will take three to five photos. For an additional $10 you can have your photos put on a disk for personal use or for an additional fee have Emily create holiday cards for you. LAPS also welcomes those who want a nice portrait without Santa or the Grinch as well as those without a pet at this event. All proceeds benefit League for Animals & People of the Summit’s programs for spay/neuter and medical/surgical financial aid for less fortunate local families. Sitting fees are $22 for LAPS members for one pet and $24 for non-members for one pet, with the second pet half price. Humans are included for free when accompanied by a pet.
