Today’s top five things to do in Summit County

This Must Be the Band, a Talking Heads tribute, will play a show with Soap on Saturday, March 29, at three20south in Breckenridge. As Chicago’s only Talking Heads Tribute Band, This Must Be the Band revives its influencer’s classic performance in a near-perfect matter. Since 2007, this tribute band has been performing all-request shows and revamping the classic Talking Heads “Stop Making Sense” show, from 1984, night after night because it’s what they love to do. Opening act Soap will perform Pink Floyd’s classic album “Wish You Were Here” in its entirety. Doors open at 9 p.m., and tickets are $15. Visit for more information.

Broadway Now: A Cabaret

Dillon, March 29 & 30

6:30 p.m., The Lake Dillon Theatre Company, 176 Lake Dillon Drive. The Annual Spring Cabaret Broadway Now featuring the music from the most current shows on and off Broadway. Tickets are $28.00 (plus fees) for general reserved seating and $38.00 (plus fees) for premiere table seating (includes light snacks and one bottle of wine per table). All performances also include complimentary desserts.

Spring Ice Show

Breckenridge, March 29

7 p.m., Stephen C. West Ice Arena, 189 Boreas Pass Rd. The Spring Show, Think PINK, will showcase our talented skating club members while helping raise awareness about breast cancer. The Summit Foundation 30th Anniversary Celebration

Silverthorne, March 29

7 p.m., Silverthorne Pavilion, 400 Blue River Parkway. Featuring delectable desserts from Butterhorn Bakery, Dining Redifined, Higgles Ice Cream, Keystone Resort, and Sugar the evening is comprised of dessert, drinks and dancing. Live music performed by the 6 Million Dollar Band. Guests are encouraged to enjoy dinner before they come, but leave plenty of room for the amazing array of gourmet desserts.
