All You Can Eat Breakfast Fundraiser
Silverthorne, Dec. 8
9 a.m., Elks Lodge in Silverthorne, 1321 Blue River Parkway, Silverthorne. Come to the Elks Lodge in Silverthorne on Sunday 12/8, for a wonderful all you can eat breakfast and silent auction – to benefit the rescued animals and leadership programs of Swan Center Outreach – a unique Silverthorne non profit. Great food – live music with Randall McKinnon and the Shaws. $10 in advance, $12 at door, Kids $5.
Winter Bird & Animal Tracking Tour
Breckenridge, Dec. 8
10:30 a.m., Cobb & Ebert Placer, Breckenridge. A fun outing to learn about winter birds and animal tracks at Cobb & Ebert Open Space near Breckenridge. The North Face Park and Pipe Open
Copper Mountain Resort, Dec. 8
9 a.m., Copper Mountain Resort, 209 Ten Mile Circle, Copper Mountain. The North Face Park and Pipe Open Series returns to Copper Mountain’s Main Vein Superpipe Dec. 6-8. As one of the only open-format event series, amateurs have the opportunity to compete alongside top pros at this action packed event. Past athletes participating have included Tanner Hall, Jossi Wells, Maddie Bowman, Mike Riddle and more. Athletes will compete for the podium and both AFP and FIS NorAm Cup points.
A-Basin Loves Kids Days
Dillon, Dec. 8
2 p.m., Arapahoe Basin, 28194 US Hwy 6, Dillon. Kids 14 and under Ski Free from Dec. 1-20 at Arapahoe Basin. Sat & Sun during December 1 – 20 there will be a free hot chocolate bar just for kids. Magic Rob will be in the base area and A-Frame Lodge on Dec. 1, 7, 8, and 14 from 2-4 p.m. with a special magic show from 3:30-4 p.m.
