Women of Watercolor

McGoon Productions Presents: King & I at Napper Tandy’s Breckenridge King & I is a six piece ensemble of some the most legendary musicians in the South Park, CO area. With over 50 years of experience combined, King & I covers the classic rock genre and a few originals. Led by Mr. Pete King on guitar and vocals; a former member of the popular Summit County band The Burn. Also, Matt Cole, AKA The Animal, another former member of The Burn on drums. Some of the members of King & I have performed with such artists as John Popper of Blues Travelers, Lubriphonic, Rising Lion, Salem, and Strive Roots to mention a few. Their performances are energetic and upbeat. You are guaranteed to have a great time and dance the night away at any of their shows.

12th Annual Beacon Bowl

Dillon, Feb. 8

8 a.m., Arapahoe Basin, 28194 US Highway 6, Dillon. Beacon Bowl competition and Apres Ski Party to benefit the Colorado Avalanche Information Center. The competition is $25 with a pro and rec division. The Apres Ski Party starts at 3:30 p.m. in the A-frame lodge with pizza, beer, a raffle, silent auction and live auction all to benefit the CAIC. Sponsored by: Gordini, Clifbar, Wilderness Sports, Black Diamond, Osprey Packs, FOCAIC, Summit Ford, Skilogik, Pieps, BCA, Spyder, and Dakine. $25 for competition, free apres party.
