This site plan zeroes in on the first phase of the Smith Ranch workforce-housing neighborhood.
Special to the Daily / SmithRanchNeighborhood.com

Silverthorne will be hosting an open house for anyone interested in Smith Ranch, a new workforce housing neighborhood that’s going up now on the northern end of town.

The town is planning over 200 deed-restricted homes for members of the local workforce at Smith Ranch, and the latest open house will be from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday at the Silverthorne Pavilion.

The focus of the meeting will be what’s left with phase one and plans for the second phase of the project.
