Love Russia to present its program for disadvantaged children

DAILY NEWS STAFF REPORT

Love Russia, an organization committed to care for disadvantaged children in Russia, will discuss its outreach programs at 6 p.m. on Thursday at Lord of the Mountains Lutheran Church in Dillon.

A potluck supper with soup and bread will be provided by Doug Schwartz of the church outreach committee, and deserts may be volunteered by attendants.

Alex Cooke will be the featured speaker. Love Russia was founded in 1993 and is a registered Charity in the United States and United Kingdom.

Today, there are more than 55 projects underway helping more than 3,500 abandoned and orphaned children. The presentation is open to the public.
