Loveland offers season pass specials

LOVELAND – Ski season is fast approaching and Loveland Ski Area has a variety of products to suit all snowriders, regardless of how many days they plan to ski or ride.

Loveland’s unrestricted season pass allows snowriders access to the mountain all season long with no restrictions and no limitations. Enjoy all of Loveland’s 1,365 acres packed full of snow, not people. The pass is $269 for adults ages 23-69; $239 for young adults ages 15-22; $110 for children 6-14; and $30 for seniors age 70 and older. For returning passholders, prices are $242 for adults, $215 for young adults, $99 for children; and $30 for seniors.

Season pass holders are able to purchase discount lift tickets and receive discounts throughout the area on food, sport shop purchases, rentals, ski school and more.

Loveland is once again offering the Midweek Season Pass. For $179, ski or ride Monday through Friday all season long (holiday blackouts apply). Renewal rate is $161. All season pass rates are subject to change without notice.

The Loveland Pass Card offers skiers and riders the most inexpensive lift ticket rates averaging about $20 a lift ticket. Receive discounts throughout the area on food, sport shop purchases, rentals, ski school and more. Loveland Pass Card holders may purchase a discounted ticket for a friend at the Loveland Pass Card rate and two children’s lift tickets for $14 each visit. Cardholders also enjoy every fifth lift ticket free. Visit Loveland before Dec. 20, and receive the first lift ticket free.

Another option is the 4-Pak, which gives people four days for $89. They may be used by one individual or used all on the same day.

Loveland also has free season passes for beginners who take three lessons or a $100 season pass for intermediates who take three classes.

For kids ages 7-14, Loveland offers the Loveland Polar Explorers, three consecutive Saturdays in January or February of instruction (9 a.m. to 2 p.m., including lunch).

Averaging 400 inches of snow annually, Loveland boasts one of the longest seasons in Colorado and traditionally is one of the first ski areas in the United States to open each year.

Passes are available online at http://www.skiloveland.com or by calling (303) 571-5580, ext. 136.
