Luxury Property: Tale of two condos

Today’s featured residences are another testament to the fact that luxury comes in all sizes and price ranges. The focus is on a pair of two bedroom, two bath condominiums with in-town Breckenridge locations.

The first, at Pine Ridge, is offered for $565,000 and boasts a fabulous location in the complex with access nearby to the grassy common area with picnic tables and barbeque area. The cozy Great room is centered by a fireplace with raised hearth to ward off the chilly winter evenings. The home has been remodeled and decorated to be warm and welcoming. Slab granite countertops in the kitchen are in shades of charcoal and warm sandy mauve. The kitchen also has upgraded wood cabinets and a built in microwave above the range. The furniture and lovely accessories add to the mountain flavor and are included.

Just beyond the adjoining dining room is the first of the two bedrooms. This master features an ensuite bath and a small private deck with views to Baldy Mountain. The second bedroom is spacious enough for bunks and has the same mountain views. A second bath is shared with the living area, while a washer and dryer add convenience. Additionally, Pine Ridge has an onsite management office and a hot tub right on the Four O’ Clock ski run.

The Park Place condominium, right across the street, enjoys cathedral ceilings which give a bright, airy feel. A tiled entry adds a spot for coats and boots. The two bedroom suites are separated by the entry corridor, giving excellent privacy. Each features a tiled bath, one with a steam shower.

Nicely updated, the Great room’s focus is a stone fireplace which reaches to the soaring ceiling. Glass doors lead out to a private deck with views up valley to the mountains beyond. The lovely furnishings are included, making it turnkey, whether you want to use it as a primary or second home, or rent it short term. The kitchen is open to the living area, with a light wood floor and seating at the tiled counter area. An adjoining dining room provides a gathering spot for meals. In the common area outside, there are spas available for residents and guests.

Directly across the street from both homes is the Riverwalk Center which offers music events of all types, two resident symphonies in summer, and a host of other activities. Both complexes also have access to the Upper Village pool complex with a heated pool, additional spas, and locker areas.

Less than a block away, the free bus links you to the rest of Summit County- for free! Ski down Four O’Clock Run at the end of the day to either residence. Dining, shopping, the Arts District, and nightlife are one block to the Main Street core.

With solid rental histories, short term management in place, and an accessible location, these lovely condominiums are the perfect gathering spots for all seasons.
