Associated Press

LAKEWOOD, Colo. (AP) – Authorities have arrested a man suspected of setting a fire that involved three townhomes in Lakewood.

West Metro Fire Rescue investigators said Wednesday that 41-year-old Robert Lohman has been booked into Jefferson County Jail on multiple counts of arson and reckless endangerment.

Lohman is suspected of starting a fire on a rear patio of his townhome in February while family members slept. The fire spread to other townhomes, causing more than $120,000 in damage.

No one was hurt.

Investigators didn’t disclose a motive in the case. It wasn’t immediately known if Lohman had an attorney.
