Man convicted of indecent exposure at Dillon playground

DAILY NEWS STAFF REPORT

BRECKENRIDGE – A six-member jury convicted a Dillon Valley man Thursday of indecent exposure regarding an incident at the Dillon Marina playground in November 2009.

Tirso Serna-Arambula faces up to 18 months in Summit County Jail at his sentencing Nov. 14. He will be required to register as a sex offender, according to a press release from District Attorney Mark Hurlbert’s office.

Evidence presented at the trial showed that a mother saw Serna-Arambula “masturbating inside his parked vehicle” while she was at the park with her “two young daughters,” according to the press release.

There were roughly a dozen children playing in the park, and the woman called Dillon Police Department.

Attorney Geoffrey Rieman prosecuted the case, which included testimony from the mother.
