Man dies after heart attack at Copper

COPPER MOUNTAIN – A 75-year-old man died early Saturday morning at a Denver hospital, after having a heart attack at Copper Mountain, according to a release from Summit County Coroner Joanne Richardson.Lawrence Saiontz, of Aurora, began having chest pains in the cafeteria at Copper at around 3 p.m. on Friday, Richardson said.He was taken to the Copper Mountain Medical Center, then flown to St. Anthony Central at about 6 p.m.He passed away in the Intensive Care Unit on Saturday afternoon.Saiontz has a history of previous heart attacks, the release said.
