Mike McClow of Frisco dies at 87

Elmer Elton “Mike” McClow of Frisco died Oct. 16 at the age of 87.McClow was born in Ionia, Mich., lived in Houston, Texas, and Colorado Springs before moving to Frisco in 1984. He was a B-17 Pilot for the Army Air Force in World War ll.He also was a national sales manager for the Burrough’s Corp. before starting his own cash register system business in the 1960s. He loved his business and golfing.Private services for the family will be held at Rocky Mountain Funeral Home in Breckenridge, with a cremation to follow. The Rocky Mountain Bible Church in Frisco is accepting memorial contributions.Survivors include his second wife of 30 years, Helga McClow; son John McClow; daughters Laurie Mosier, Sheila Kinsey and Stacey Westfall; four stepchildren Terrence, Brian, Bruce and Joanne; 10 grandchildren and six step-grandchildren. His son, Ross McClow, preceded him in death.- Daily News staff report
