Missouri teen falls from Keystone lift

A 13-year-old boy from Missouri fell off the Montezuma lift at Keystone Resort before 4 p.m. Wednesday and was taken to St. Anthony’s Central Hospital in Denver, according to a statement from the resort.

Keystone Ski Patrol responded to the call at 3:45 p.m. and took the boy to the Keystone Medical Center. From there he was moved to St. Anthony’s.

No information regarding his condition has been released.

The boy was not wearing a helmet when he fell off the lift, the statement said. The resort is investigating the incident.
