Mountain HOPE Foundation launches new website

The Mountain HOPE Foundation recently announced the launch of its new website,, which is intended to help fundraising efforts for the horse therapy organization.

The new site also gives visitors easy access to learn about hippotherapy, as well as the services and programs that the Mountain HOPE Foundation provides. Program supporters can also now donate through PayPal.

The foundation is a nonprofit hippotherapy program located in Summit County that benefits individuals with a variety of disabilities, including but not limited to: cerebral palsy, autism and brain injuries. Hippotherapy is a physical, occupational or speech/language therapy treatment strategy incorporating the movement of the horse.

“The board is excited and proud to embark upon our second year at the Mountain HOPE Foundation,” said board president Ron Shelton. “It’s been truly amazing to see the positive impact of hippotherapy over the course of the past two years, so we look forward to helping the children succeed with the goals they and their therapists have set for this year.”
