Mountain HOPE Foundation seeking volunteers for Breckenridge Oktoberfest

The Mountain HOPE Foundation, which is a hippotherapy program located in Summit County, is seeking volunteers for the Breckenridge Oktoberfest. The foundation has been named a beneficiary of this popular annual celebration, which will take place on Friday through Sunday in Breck. Volunteers are needed for Saturday, and/or Sunday for either a 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. time slot or a 2:15-6:15 p.m. time slot each day.

The foundation is a nonprofit organization that benefits individuals with a variety of disabilities, including but not limited to: cerebral palsy, autism, and brain injuries. The money from Oktoberfest will be used to fund scholarships for those who would otherwise not be able to participate in the foundation’s program. If you would like to learn more about volunteering for Oktoberfest to support the foundation, contact Deb Neyland at (970) 453-5048 or dneyland@mountainhopefoundation.org.
