New Frisco community scorecard available to public

FRISCO – It’s new, it’s colorful, it’s easy to read, and it’s is jammed packed with interesting facts about the Town of Frisco. The town is proud to announce that the 2009 Community Scorecard is now available for public review at http://www.friscogov.com.

“We wanted to take a completely different approach to this year’s annual report,” said town manager Michael Penny. “The new report is easier to read and full of useful information about the Town of Frisco.”

It outlines the town’s goals for 2009 and measures how well the town accomplished those goals. It also includes citizen feedback by incorporating data from the 2009 Community Survey.

“Our citizens will know a lot more about the town they live in after reading this document,” Penny said. “And it’s fun to read.”

Citizens can read the scorecard online now at http://www.friscogov.com. For more information, contact Amy Stoehrmann, executive assistant, at (970) 668-9126 or amys@townoffrisco.com.
