New non-profit seeks board members

Friends of the Dillon Ranger District, a newly forming non-profit, is in need of board members to volunteer their time attending meetings, doing research and potentially leading subcommittees. The board will consist of volunteers with organizational skills who are concerned about the national forest in Summit County and are willing to help the Dillon Ranger District attain its goals of providing quality customer service and protection of the natural resources.Those interested should contact Kathryn Grohusky at (970)668-5187. A meeting will be held Dec. 13 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. to explain the expectations of board member positions.
