The Pro Celebrity Union benefiting The Summit Foundation at Copper Mountain began Friday night. Some actors showed up at the Storm King Lounge to mingle with the crowd – and others didn’t.

“Star Wars” Episodes II and III actor Hayden Christensen who was expected to show, did not appear at the party, and fans were let down. Kansas resident and “Star Wars” fanatic Shanna Dunn-Vigare brought a T-shirt, Sharpie and camera to the party hopeful of bringing home some Darth Vader memorabilia. To her and her friends’ dismay, though, Christensen was a no-show.

Dunn-Vigare said she was very let down that he wasn’t there, but her spirits were lifted when she realized that other stars such as Carlos Bernard, Paula Trickey, T Rexx and Jeremy Sisto were around. She spent a good portion of the evening walking around to get as many famous people as she could find to autograph her T-shirt.

The Pro Celebrity Union continues today with the Union Amateur Superpipe Competition at noon and the Pabst Blue Ribbon Pro Pipe Jam at 2 p.m. Hearing Red will perform at 3 p.m. at the Storm King Lounge.
