No charges filed against Glisan

BRECKENRIDGE – The district attorney’s office has decided not to pursue charges against a Breckenridge homeowner accused of sexual assault.

Breckenridge police arrested 55-year-old Louis Glisan last month based on the report of a woman who had been showing Glisan’s home to prospective buyers. The woman initially told police that, after three weeks of showing Glisan’s Warrior’s Mark home without producing an offer to buy, Glisan confronted her and assaulted her in the home. Police later arrested Glisan in Centennial on charges of sexual assault, assault, harassment and false imprisonment.

Assistant District Attorney Rachel Fresquez said Friday there was insufficient evidence to go forward.

Fresquez and officers at the Breckenridge Police Department would not comment further, saying that the case was still under investigation.
