Obituary: Cooper Walsh

Sandra Cooper Walsh (Cooper) of Boulder, formerly of Breckenridge, died peacefully at home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, on July 13, 1950. She married Dave Walsh on May 21, 1977, in Allenspark. She was an accomplished artist who loved nature, world travel and bringing beauty into the lives of others. She lived her life big, always ready to dance or celebrate and had a generous heart.

Cooper is survived by her husband Dave; sister Amy Meyer of Cincinnati; sons Peter Walsh of Ann Arbor, Mich., and Chris Walsh of Erie; daughters Shari Walsh Copeland of Boulder, and Laurie Walsh Cronin of Niwot; and eight grandchildren.

Cooper chose to have a memorial on her birthday, July 13th, in the Indian Wilderness area outside of Boulder. Contact for details.
