October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month

Become part of the solution in October, which is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Join the Advocates for Victims of Assault for their annual fall volunteer training. Training begins at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Summit County Community and Senior Center near Frisco. Training runs Tuesday and Wednesday evenings for five weeks. Call (970) 389-3166 to register.
