Ollie’s Pub & Grub
Ollie’s Pub and Grub First opened in June of 2009 in Frisco Colorado. The owners Rob Pantle and Alan Bullock along with the staff pride themselves on creating an “everybody knows your name” type of atmosphere. Whether you are in town for a couple days or have lived in Summit County your entire life people feel welcome and comfortable every time they visit the pub and grub. We consider our customers friends and family and treat them accordingly!
The food at Ollie’s is classic American bar fare that far exceeds peoples expectation of “bar food.” Every item on the menu is prepared fresh and is never frozen. Portions are large to ensure that even the hungriest appetites are satisfied.

- Beer Battered Jalapenos
3 large fresh jalapenos filled with bacon and housemade chipotle chream cheese topped with pico de gallo and chipotle sauce. $7.
- Philly Steak Sliders
Braised skirt steak topped with sauteed onions and white american cheese. $9.
- Mini Chimichangas
4 mini fried burritos filled with chicken, jack cheese, chipotle sour cream and pico de gallo, with a side of housemade roja sauce. $8.
SANDWICHES
- Buffalo Chicken Wrap
Buffalo chicken tenders, belu cheese dresiing, lettuce, diced tomatoes and bleu cheese crumbles. $10.
- Chili Cheese Dogs
All beef hot dogs topped with housemade beef chili, cheddar and diced onions. $9.
- Pulled Pork Sandwich
Slow-cooked pork topped with honey BBQ sauce and housemade coleslaw. $9.

- Chicago Style Gyro Platter
Gyro meat, pita, tomato and onion served with fries and taziki sauce. $10.
- Italian Sausage Pasta
Italian sausage, house pasta, bacon bits, parmesan cheese and tomato in a white wine garlic sauce. $12.
- Ahi Tuna Tacos
3 corn tortillas, blackened ahi tuna, mango salsa, cilantro aioli and queso fresco with yellow rice and black beans. $12.
- Smothered Burrito
Choice of chicken, steak, pork or veggies, filled with jack cheese, peppers, onions, yellow rice and pico de gallo topped with black beans, queso and salsa. $12.

Pepper jack, guacamole, jalapenos, chipotle mayo and crunchy tortilla strips. $12.
