One Breckenridge program recognizes trio for customer service
Through a town program designed to train and recognize great customer service, Breckenridge officials honored three individuals at Cabin Coffee on Thursday.
Over the course of the last year, co-workers and visitors have nominated individuals who “exemplify the fundamental standards upon which the One Breckenridge program was built,” and this month Tino from Asobi Teppanyaki, Kayla James of Shirt and Ernie’s and Tori Kantor of Columbia Breckenridge were picked as the winners.
They each received a $50 gift card and a certificate, and the monthly service champions also qualify for consideration for the annual Service Champion award, which will be presented June 15 at the Breckenridge Tourism Office’s annual meeting.
Also, the One Breckenridge program plays host to quarterly trainings on guest service. Registration for the upcoming Guest Service Influencer and Champion training sessions June 12-14 are online at One Breckenridge.com.
