Open-door policy wastes energy, too

I read with interest Julie Sutor’s March 28 article about a pending state bill which would target so-called energy hogs.Every step which would result in energy saving is totally necessary. But, when I drive down Main Street in Breckenridge on a freezing cold day and most of the stores have their entry doors wide open in total disregard of the unnecessary energy so blatantly wasted, I wonder who the energy hogs really are. We need to start right at home and change some wasteful habits and then look further for whatever else can be done.
