Outlets at Silverthorne shuttle service begins

DAILY NEWS STAFF REPORTS

The Outlets at Silverthorne celebrated the grand opening of their new shuttle service, the Outlets Shopping Express, on July 1. The new service will offer round-trip transportation from Beaver Creek, Vail, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and Frisco to the Outlets at Silverthorne. The shuttle has two routes covering Eagle and Summit County from six different locations, seven days a week.

Fees will vary by location and will be reimbursed in full for customers who spend more than $250 in a day of shopping.

“Our research used to launch this program confirmed positive feedback from hotel and resort personnel and from shopping customers who are excited and ready to use the Outlets Shopping Express as a convenient and environmentally friendly option to get around the area,” said Dottie Montana, outlets’ general manager.

The Outlets at Silverthorne will offer advertising opportunities to showcase local businesses, area attractions and services in conjunction with the new shuttle service.

The Outlets at Silverthorne features three shopping villages and hundreds of brands. Stores are open seven days a week and located just off Interstate 70’s Exit 205.
