Outlets of Colorado stores holding tryouts for models

SILVERTHORNE – Looking for something to do this summer vacation? How about launching your modeling career. The Outlets of Colorado is looking for 15 school-age, energetic, fun guys and gals to be part of its Back To School advertising campaign. Try-outs will be held on Saturday, June 23 at each of the three Colorado outlet centers in Silverthorne, Loveland and Castle Rock.Registration will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. on June 23 at each shopping center. The auditions are open to boys and girls between the ages of four and 21. Entrants should complete an online registration form available http://www.outletsatcastlerock.com, http://www.outletsatloveland.com or http://www.outletsatsilverthorne.com and bring it with them to registration. One non-returnable photo must be attached. Potential models will be divided into elementary, middle school and high school/college categories and asked to strike a pose while using a variety of fun props. A panel of local dignitaries will act as judges to select five winners at each center who will be the Outlets faces for back to school promotions and throughout the coming year. Winners will be announced at 2:30 p.m. and must be present to win. Each of the 15 winners will receive a trip for up to four people to Snowmass Village where the professional photo shoot will be held on July 11 through 13. The trip will include special appearances at a rodeo event and an outdoor concert.The models will also appear on a variety of live television fashion segments airing throughout July and August. The winners also receive a $150 Outlets gift certificate, Samsonite backpack, Tommy Hilfiger tote bag, photos from a professional photo session, a beginners modeling course, and a six-foot standee of a group photo at the end of the promotion.Voluntary monetary donations will be collected at the model search events on June 23 to benefit the American Heart Association.
