The small Podunk gambling mecca of the Rockies, Black Hawk, has officially banned bicyclist from their roads and streets. So if you’re planning a scenic bike ride on HWY 119 on your way through the Roosevelt National Forest and into Boulder, better bring an additional $70 cash along so you can pay the fine.
