Paula Stanton: Chapin would make good assessor

Paula Stanton

I am excited to know that Erik Chapin has agreed to take on the challenges of the Office of Summit County Assessor and would like to offer my recommendation and support of Erik as best candidate for the job. As owner/broker of a local real estate company I have worked directly with Erik in his capacity of local independent real estate appraiser and in his role as not only buyer and seller of several properties but also as a hands-on developer of property for many years now and find him to be diligent in his pursuit of information, professional in all his business dealings and most importantly totally above board in all his business dealings.

Erik plays by the rules, plays well with others and definitely steps up and gets the job done. I feel he would be an asset to all taxpayers in the role of our county assessor.
