Performing arts gala fundraiser to benefit Mental Health America

The Summit Chapter of Mental Health America is joining with the Lake Dillon Foundation for Performing Arts to present “A Christmas Survival Guide.”The musical comedy show will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Firday, with a silent auction and hors d’oeuvres at 6:30 p.m. A ticket is $45 and includes a tax deductible donation. Mental Health America in Summit, a coalition of consumers, family members, mental health and medical professionals, law enforcement, legislators and more, provides advocacy and outreach through pro bono professionals in the jail and volunteer peer-run mental health support group. They participate in the 9Health Fair and support the community through educational forums.For those who can’t attend the show and want to make a donation, checks made payable to MHAC-Summit and mailed to J.Karl, P.O. Box 5724, Frisco, CO 80443.
