Molly – I’m a sleek and beautiful black cat who loves to give and get attention. I’m 6 years old and would love a home with no other animals.Luigi – 4-year-old cream tabby. I am a shy guy, so don’t come on too strong. If you give me time, I’ll let you into my life. Gideon – 3-year-old handsome orange tabby. I’m a very sweet and sensitive young man. It takes me a little while to adjust to new situations but with time and patience I will make a wonderful companion.Felix – 2-year-old gray and white tabby. I’m super friendly and am quite the comedian. I get along with children. I would love to find a new home with someone special for the new year.Domino – I am a beautiful black and white male. They call me “Mr. Personality.” I am tenacious and like to play a little rough, but am a lot of fun.Wes – I am a 2-year-old cream and white male. I am quiet and reserved and will make an excellent addition to your family.

Emmy Lou – I’m a 2-year-old babe with beautiful, long gray fur. I’m a gracious lady – always well mannered and entertaining. Shadow – I’m a black, long-haired girl, who just loves people. I’m a real beauty, but I really need to be the only queen in your castle – no other dogs or cats, please.Bonita – The name says it all folks! Black and white long hair, great smile, and fabulous legs. I’m affectionate and loving and would love to make you proud of me. Slinky and Louie – We came in together, looking like leftovers from a frat party! Really though, we’re personable, smart, fun and affectionate. And it’s time we go our separate ways. “Slinky” – black and white short-haired male. “Louie” – white and tiger coloring, male. Blue – Named after Paul Newman’s bedroom eyes, I’m a suave tiger/Siamese mix. I’m outgoing and love to snuggle. Come visit me – I dare you to resist my charm!Danny Boy – I’m a quiet, suave type, all black short hair. Once I get to know you, I’m much more outgoing and amusing.

Scarlett – I’m entering my golden years, am a black and white short haired lady. I prefer to spend my days resting and watching the world go by, and would make a quiet companion.DogsBuckeye – 1-year-old male American Staffordshire terrier mix. My underbite is so cute it’s sure to make anyone chuckle. I know lots of tricks and am housetrained, and don’t mind hanging out at home while you go to work because I’m an excellent watchdog.Noel – I’m a cattle dog/collie mix and am 6 months old. I’m a petite girl, and just love people, and especially children. I’ll give you lots of kisses and cuddles! Being the little princess that I am, I do need to be the one and only pet in your house please. Abby – I’m a black ball of black fluff, part cattle dog, part lab. I’m really playful and just love attention! I’m smart, and really want to learn so I can make you proud of me. I’d be happiest with a family that didn’t leave me alone all day because I need cuddle time.

Buddy – I’m a 1-year-old bassethound with the most marvelous baritone voice. I’m a smart, happy-go-lucky guy, but can be a little shy around men at first. Rocky – I’m the biggest loser – 5 pounds so far! You see, I’m part border collie, part beagle, am four years old, and need to lose another 15 pounds. Yikes! Anyone looking for a diet and workout partner?To visit any of these animals, visit the Summit County Animal Shelter off County Road 1004 just south of Frisco, or call (970) 668-3230. The shelter’s hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.
