This year’s Pickle in the Snowy Peaks pickleball tournament certainly lived up to its name.
Taking place on Saturday, Feb. 15 and Sunday, Feb. 16, pickleball players braved snow-covered roads in order to get to the courts at the Breckenridge Recreation Center. Once everyone safely arrived and was warm inside the recreation center, spirited play got underway with over 90 players participating in the two-day tournament.
Like every year, the third-annual Pickle in the Snowy Peaks pickleball tournament raised money for Smart Bellies. At the conclusion of the tournament on Sunday, a little over $15,000 had been raised for the local organization.
