Playhouse Program a success

Daily News staff report

The Summit County Builders Association (SCBA) has found homes for three of the four playhouses in its annual Playhouse Project fundraiser.

Playhouses were built by four SCBA members: Apex Mountain Homes, Aspen Meadow Construction Company, McCrerey & Roberts Construction Company and Town & Country Cedar Homes.

One playhouse was donated to the Summit County Church of Christ, one to the Mothers of Pre-Schoolers (MOPS) program in Frisco and another to Summit County Preschool in Frisco. SCBA is working with Early Childhood Options to find a home for the final playhouse.

Proceeds from the fundraiser will go toward The Summit Foundation, which provides grants to many area nonprofits and charitable causes.
