Police seek information on assault

BRECKENRIDGE – Police are seeking witnesses or information regarding an assault that left one man unconscious outside a Breckenridge bar.An argument inside Cecilia’s Bar Friday night led to an assault on the street outside. Breckenridge Police officers responding to the scene at 1:30 a.m. found the victim, and available witnesses said three to four unidentified men had attacked the man.The victim was taken to St. Anthony Central Hospital in Denver. A press release from the police department did not identify the man.Anyone with information is urged to contact Detective Rich Watson at (970) 547-3130.Anonymous information can also be provided to Summit County Crime Stoppers by calling 1 (866) 453-STOP. Crime Stoppers pays up to $1,000 for information that leads to solving a crime.
