Postal Service needs to put "service’ back in its name

Sherrie and Chuck Calderini - Blue River

Way to go, U.S. Postal Service. First you removed the newspaper racks from the front of the Breckenridge Post Office. Then you removed the handle from the exterior of the alternate exit so that your customers had to use the main entrance.

Now you’ve removed the recycling bins so that we have to bring all that crap that you have processed at preferential rates home before we can throw it away.

The removal of unwanted bulk mail doesn’t cost you a thing. Zero, zip, nada. What’s next? Cessation of delivery to postal boxes?

We urge all rational citizens to continue putting unwanted mail exactly where the recycling bins used to be and let the post office pass the cost of its removal on to the mailer.

Put “service” back into your name.
